我看3d的圖看了快3天了，每天都看個3小時吧…還是看不出來
但是，我覺得集中力的十字圓很像你們說去看3d圖，就是會有二層的感覺，可是，為什麼看3d就是看不出來呢 不管是鬥雞眼法、平行法、遠視法…都試過了…還是不行…為什麼呢…可以請站長幫幫我嗎？
還有，請問站長，我七月底有一個大考，可是，我現在才有時間開始準備，我前幾天拿到軟體了，請問也是練簡易速讀訓練嗎？大約多久以後可以練到3000~5000字呢？我的考試主要都是一些文科方面的資理，不過很多就是了…沒有什麼深澳的科目…

你確定有用遠視法? 就是先看著遠方5m的感覺,再把書從下而上移到眼前(眼睛焦點不變)
